My name is Peggy. I was based in Berlin until I found my way to Lisbon in 2014.
Already as a kid I had a strong urge to dance and to move so I went to ballet school. Afterwards I expanded my abilities in contemporary dance and had a professional carrier in the freelance scene of Berlin and abroad. At some point it was necessary to do a break and to try something new so I did a strong cut and studied speech therapy at the University of Potsdam. But somehow this time showed me that I am much more connected to movement than I thought. Still while studying I did a Pilates teachers training followed by a Yoga and Spine education. Teaching, coming back to dance and doing my own projects more and more opened my picture that every single body is unique and has different needs. Therefore rich and flexible skills are demanded to offer people the possibility to get to know their body. This is why working with moving bodies keeps being an exciting and precious path for me and will be continued.
I want to say a special thanks to the people who supported me on my path to accomplish my projects. Only with you I am there where I am now. THANKS to my parents, Rodrigo, Manel, Judith, Anja, Niko, Christoph Winkler, Phase 7, Alex B., Mike, Kinga, Sven, Inga, José
