Pilates & YOGA
Pilates and Yoga in combination or as separate techniques are strong tools for your body and your mind.
Give yourself the space to improve your inner and outer strength.
As everybody is different also every body is different!
Because I am connected to movement since I am a kid and my life steadily provided me to dive deeper into the power of moving my aim is to open people's awareness and to increase their strength. Exercising as well as allowing yourself to listen to your body will improve your self-consciousness and well-being.
For me, the most important part of teaching is to respect that people are unique as well as bodies are unique and therefor need different care and input.

Enjoying a strong and healthy life
Pilates is a wholistic body training which was invented by Joseph Pilates (1883-1967). The training is focusing on the innervation of the so-called Powerhouse. Combining movements with guided breath creates a strong support for the spine as the central organ of the body. The awareness for body alignment will be enforced by using a range of exercises which on one hand elongate and on the other hand strengthen. For Joseph Pilates building a healthy body was as important as a healthy mind. Connecting both opens a big pool of possibilities to be a stronger person.

Discover and use your strength to walk more self-confident through life
The Yoga training, has ancient roots and traditions yet remains as relevant to our modern society as it has ever been. It helps you to discover your own strength and to walk more (self-) confidently through life. Yoga is a physical and mental training. The aim of yoga is not, as is sometimes misconstrued, forcing your body into extreme positions, but rather providing different exercises which enable one the opportunity to thoroughly strengthen the body and gain more self-awareness. Along with an improved mental focus, it will have a positive effect on your daily life, and you will soon realise that some things can be resolved much easier than previously imagined.
