6 week Pilates course for beginner-online
This is a 6 week Pilates course for beginner.
It guides you with clear and easy instructions through the first steps to getting to know the Pilates method.
First you will get in contact with movements of your spine to later combine those with your breath. I also add exercises to play with balancing your body. All those factors will strengthen your core.
At the end of the course you will feel the benefit of Pilates which means gaining strength as well as enlarging your ability to body awareness.
After every session you decide if you prefer to repeat it or to go on to the next class.
You have access for one year which means you can adapt everything to your personal needs.
